Götzis, November 11 – 15, 2020

Now, more than ever, our children need help focusing, getting calm and understanding their emotions. Teaching children mindfulness is now a leading and proven technique for parents, educators, psychologists and other professionals who work with children. Every child can learn and benefit from mindfulness, whether they struggle with stress, attention problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, traumas, learning difficulties or other challenges.

Join author, speaker and clinical psychologist Dr. Christopher Willard in a fun and interactive workshop for professionals interested in sharing mindfulness with children of all ages.

This workshop will emphasize living mindfulness through  play, games, eating, movement, song, sports and arts, not just sitting on a cushion. You will learn individual and group activities to use in educational, clinical, medical and other settings. We will discuss ways to encourage kids to practice independently and use mindfulness in their daily lives. We will also learn techniques we can use ourselves as caregivers, to reduce our own stress and be more effective in our work.

The seminar language is English with German translation.
